I got up last week to find a blanket of white snow falling from the sky. What an opportunity, I hadn’t biked in the snow for years, so I grabbed the chance with both wheels. Check out my video of the action.

A weekend in Paris and who would think to do a tour around the sights by bike. I took up the opportunity and it was surely one of the best ways to see the city.

Winter nights creep up quickly. One moment you are taking in the late sun evenings and then suddenly you get caught out on the bike with no lights. It’s that time of year and I wasn’t being caught out again.

Day 6 of the kids 100-mile bike challenge took us to the tricky banks of Carsington Water. A challenging seven mile ride around the reservoir.

Day 5 of the kids 100-mile bike challenge took us to the heart of Clumber Park. A lovely 8 mile ride in and out of the centre of the park.

Day 4 of the kids 100-mile bike challenge took us to the local trail network. Teversal, Skegby and Silverhill trails. Ideal for a 10 mile ride to add to the total.
